The Neighborhood:

Rotonda West is a deed restricted community of mainly single family homes located on the Cape Haze peninsula just south of Englewood in Charlotte County in SW Florida.



Rotonda West is laid out in the shape of an incomplete wagon wheel with over 20,000 acres of greenbelts, fairways, ponds, lakes and 23 miles of waterways made up of seven distinct subdivisions (spokes in the wheel) comprising Oakland Hills, Pebble Beach, Pinehurst, Broadmoor, Long Meadow, White Marsh, and Pine Valley.



In the center of Rotonda West off Parade Circle there is a community park with tennis courts, nature trail, childrens play area and BBQ. It is approximately a 20 minute drive to Englewood Beach.
