NEW LISTING!! If you haven't experienced Lake Lanier's north side, you're missing the best that Lake Lanier has to offer! Come relax in the perfect lakeside retreat! This beautifully decorated 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom home is located on a charming and quiet street near downtown Gainesville and features a private 2-story dock overlooking a large open cove - perfect for tubing, fishing, swimming, and water sports.

As shown on pictures, this home has amazing lake views which can be seen from almost every room in the home: living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, and bunk bedroom!

As soon as you open the front door, you will be met with amazing views of the lake. The main level offers a living room, dining room, game room, and kitchen with an open floor plan - perfect for family gatherings. In the main level, you will also find the master suite (king bed) featuring a large walk-in shower and an additional guest bedroom (queen bed) and full bathroom.

Downstairs, there are 2 additional bedrooms - both with doors leading to a shared full bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a double bed. The second has a bunk room with an additional mattress (5 beds total).

The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with everything you need to cook breakfast/lunch/dinner - includes both drip coffee maker and Keurig.

Heading outside, you will find a large deck with grill, outdoor dining table, and lounge chairs. Views of the lake and dock can be seen from the deck. As you venture down a few steps, you will find the fire-pit where you can enjoy more lake views and s'mores! To top it all off is a large private 2-story dock perfect for spending the day enjoying lake views, swimming, and entertaining.

Please note: The boat lift cannot be used by guests and boat/jetski does not come with the rental. There are boat rentals nearby and guests can launch their boat at the Little River Park Boat Ramp, which is located appx 1/2 mile from the property. The dock has a place to tie your boat and a trailer can be stored at the top of the driveway. Please be advised that Little River Park Boat Ramp is managed by the US Army Corp of Engineers and an annual permit/pass is required to use it. Terrific stay at the lake house, many thanks to Marcella and Jeremie for their attention to detail and their real desire to make everything perfect for our stay. Great property, but be ready for 106 steps to the lake:-) Hosts were very proactive communicators and property was recently remodeled. Downstairs was a little warm, only one thermostat for two stories. Would return for another visit.

Gorgeous property on north end of Lake Lanier

We had a fabulous long weekend at Lake Lanier with my parents, my siblings and their families. Plenty of space to spread out inside and outside on the multiple decks and dock. Gorgeous views of the lake all around, beautiful 2 level dock with stairs that made getting in and out of the lake super easy. We rented a pontoon one day and it was super easy to tie up to the dock as well. The north end of the lake is definitely more quiet and easy going so I would say great for a group like ours with ages of 8-80. Everyone raved that the mattresses were super comfy, plenty of bath towels and extra blankets and a really well stocked kitchen. Check in and check out was super easy as was communicating with the lovely hosts. Great neighborhood that was convenient to two grocery stores. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Beautiful home

My family stayed here with some extended family for a getaway weekend. Mostly adults with a few preteens. Location was easy to get to and a grocery store was less than 10 minutes away. We ordered pizza one night and cooked most of our meals. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, even some spices and coffee. Even though we brought our own coffee for the drip coffee maker. The home is beautiful just as in the pictures and the view is picturesque. It was a little chilly and rainy while we were there so we were not out on the dock nor water often. A few folks did go down to the water and try to do some fishing. The steps can be steep and a little slippery so take your time. The showers are big and the beds are comfortable. Our extended family of 11 had a great time. Plenty of parking. We would stay here again.

Why they chose this property

Lake Lanier can be a very busy lake, but the North side is much quieter. We love our cove and enjoy tubing, jet skiing, and wake boarding there. In addition, the street where the house is located is quiet, safe and has several beautiful lake properties. We love walking on the street in the mornings to get some exercise before enjoying a day at the lake,

What makes this property unique

The easy walk to the dock and amazing water views are our favorite things about the property. We spent months picking the right furniture and the house is beautifully decorated to add to the amazing lake views.
