The space

This newly renovated designer home features two separate living spaces, the main house affectionately called the ‘FoHundo’ which features four bedrooms 3 ½ baths and an office with a sofa sleeper. The detached guest/pool house, or ‘Copa Cabana’ is a one bedroom with a full bath, kitchenette, and arcade game room. Outdoor living at its best with 1400 sq ft of covered space with stunning pool.

The Main House – the FoHundo

Primary Bedroom | King Bed
A well-appointed room includes a king bed with premium linens, two large walk-in closets and a modern bathroom featuring two separate vanities, a large walk-in shower and bathtub. The primary bedroom has a Roku TV and media cabinet and end tables for your night-time book. As you walk outside though oversized sliders, you can sit and relax in you private covered patio.

Bedroom Two | Queen Bed
Located on the west side of the property, this room includes a queen bed with armoire and oversized sliding doors going out to the west wing private patio. Perfect for morning coffee or quiet time from the main living areas.

Laundry Room
Brand new Electrolux washer and dryer, ironing board, broom and light sweeper.

Office
A quiet place to work equipped with a desk and chair. Great video call streaming capability with eero mesh high-speed wifi throughout the house. The office has a huge window overlooking the lush landscaping and front lawn.

The Guest/Pool House, the Copa Cabana | King Bed
The detached guest/pool house, or ‘Copa Cabana’ is a one bedroom with king bed, full bath, kitchenette, and arcade game room. Relax in the private bedroom and have the convenience of your personal kitchenette with its own coffee maker and small refrigerator, as you make your way toward the pool you’re greeted with fantastic views of the pool and lush landscape from the two corner sliders. In the main living area, you’ll find lounge seats and full-sized arcade games for more fun! Also includes a sofa bed for additonal sleeping space,

‘The’ Pool
Fantasy oversized pool with sun ledge, bubbling water features and a cocktail bench with umbrella. The pool measures 30’ x 20’, room for everyone to get in at the same time… It’s the centerpiece of an amazing backyard oasis and can be seen though out the house. The pool can be heated.

The Backyard | Grand Outdoor Dining Table with 4 Chairs and a Bench, Fire Pit, Putting Green
FoHundo and Copa Cabana are great, but the outdoor space at this home is second to none. The covered patio houses an oversized teak dining table with four chic chairs and a bench. You’ll enjoy dining outside and grilling on the brand-new gas grill. During the day, you’ll sink some putts on the putting green, enjoy yard games like connect four, life-sized Jenga and bag toss. After a long day, relax at the end of the pool in cozy Adirondack chairs around the fire pit. In-ceiling speakers are available to be controlled by the Sonos app, allowing you to listen to your tunes at the pool.

The Front Yard
As you pull into the driveway and see the beautiful home with copper gutters, you’ll immediately turn toward a large lawn and palm trees on your way to the front door. The front yard is guarded with privacy from large hedges on the neighborhood road, giving you a perfect space for events or playing a game of football.
Guest access
At the FoHundo, you'll have access to the whole house and pool including the Copa Cabana, the 500 sq ft guest house with bedroom, kitchenette and arcade game room.
