Welcome to our coastal escape in the iconic Naples Park Neighbourhood– a newly introduced gem to the rental market. Nestled within a sprawling compound with a pristine pool & oversized backyard, this stunningly decorated residence boasts 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a heated pool, outdoor showers, a fire pit, sun lounging deck, garage-parking and more.

The highlight of our residence is the scale and variety of outdoor areas and arrangements within which to relax and unwind. You can lay by the pool under a wide umbrella on our newly built deck, or seek a bit more seclusion on the outdoor couch in the cabana. The patio has a large dining table adjacent to the grill and a large and comfortable seating area in the shade next to the sunroom and indoor kitchen. At night you may enjoy looking up at the stars gathered around the firepit after taking a nighttime swim in our pool- the possibilities are endless due to the immense size of the double lot's outdoor facilities.

The interior space features a huge living room & open kitchen and dining area- our property has some of the largest common spaces in the Naples Park rental market, with tall ceilings that make them all the more inviting. The kitchen is newly renovated with modern equipment and a bistro nook for coffee & tea. In the backyard facing section of the house, natural light fills the sunroom adjacent to the kitchen and dining room area, creating a wonderful atmosphere to relax and unwind in. The house is beautifully decorated with very comfortable furniture and linens.

Two of the property’s bedrooms have their own full bathroom, king size bed and ample built-in closet space. The third bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed & opens up to the patio and lounge area.

A large screened area awaits outdoor dining under the stars, equipped with a grill and a variety of aforementioned comfortable seating options, for lounging in the sun or in the shade. The outdoor bathroom can be accessed through the patio and leads out to the pool, and is equipped with a toilet & shower; perfect for rinsing off after a jump in the pool or ocean. The pool is also perfect for young children as it features a large splash-pad style shelf. We have plenty of toys and floats available too.

This duplex with a neighbouring private residential unit (within which we, your hosts reside) is rented as a single-family home, with all pictured amenities completely exclusive to guests. As a double-residence, this is one of the largest rental properties on the market & map of Naples Park and the arrangement ensures your privacy, which our previous guests have mentioned in their reviews. Your pet may be accepted with prior approval and in accordance to our pet policies. Special summer pricing is available for long stays (2 weeks+) from June to September.
