No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Limit of 3 vehicles. No Partial Week Stays. *Boat dockage at this property is located on the inner side of the canal bridge. Height clearance may be limited, dependent upon individual boat height. Boaters should anticipate five foot vertical clearance at high tide. Great location.

The house was nice but furniture needs to be cleaned, and the house in general needs a deep clean. Cheerios under the sofa, trash under beds, cups/glasses left outside and food on pots and pans. The house never cooled properly. One AC unit looks new, the other is old. We had several days that the house was at 85 degrees even in the evening. One portable fan in the unit. Skylights and windows with no shades make sleeping and cooling almost impossible. I’ll be back, but not to this house.
