Experience true relaxation in this pet friendly home located directly on the Pamlico Sound. Enjoy the breath taking sunrises from the sound side deck. Or take in the astounding night sky while unwinding in the hot tub. Soundview also offers a 100 foot private boat dock over the Pamlico Sound. Dine around the octagonal picnic table on the sound side screened in porch and listen to the breezes as they blow across the sound and the waves as they lap against the bulkhead.

The open floor plan of the living room, dining room and kitchen provides great opportunities for family gatherings or time spent with friends. A second level suite features a den with a TV and kitchenette which includes a dishwasher and microwave. A bathroom with shower stall adjoins the den and bunk bedroom. The perfect floor plan for extended family, offering privacy and plenty of room to spread out.

3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths (one with shower and toilet): Two with Queen bed, 1 with a Queen and a set of Bunk Beds.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, and satellite TV. Propane furnace for alternate heat. This home offers two dishwashers and 2 microwaves. Washer and dryer.

Spacious screened porch with a picnic table. This property features several decks, including one large deck directly facing the sound, a second picnic table on an open deck, and a hot tub. There is a park style charcoal grill, fish cleaning bench, and a hot/cold outdoor shower.

*2026 Hot tub Season: 3/16-11/30.

*This home does not provide linens.

Short Stays are available with a three-night minimum. These stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.
