Enjoy this unique and charming cottage in the community of Sunset Village. Perfect for a quiet Ocracoke vacation retreat. Reminiscent of a New England style coastal cottage, the separate kitchen/living room and dining area add to the charm. Great for a small family or couples who enjoy privacy. Enjoy this tastefully decorated cottage.
2 Bedrooms 1.5 Baths: 1 with Queen, 1 with Double. The full bath with tub/shower is located in the rear sleeping area. A half bath is located in the front living area.
Amenities include: Front living area offers a window air conditioning unit, electric fireplace, and 2 ceiling fans. The rear building offers wall AC units in bedrooms and electric baseboard heat in the den. Complimentary wireless internet access, 2 Roku TVs with access to Hulu. Washer and dryer.
The exterior offers two decks, screened porch, hot/cold outdoor shower and fish cleaning bench.
Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.
No Dishwasher. Loft area is not available to guests.
No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Limit of 2 cars.
Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.
