3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: 1 with King, 1 with Queen, 1 with Pyramid Bed with Trundle (Queen on bottom, Extra Long Twin on top and Twin Trundle). Queen Sleeper Sofa in loft.

Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, and 4 cable TVs. Washer and dryer.

The exterior offers a rooftop deck, screened porch, decks, hot/cold outdoor shower and gas grill. Covered parking.

No Smoking. Pet friendly. Limit of 2 Pets.

Great Place. Would recommend

We only had a minor issue where one of the beds had lots of pet hair from the previous renter. It was covered and that is why I imagine the cleaning crew missed it (contact me for pictures if needed). Other than that, we had a great time, the property is gorgeous and well kept. It is very well furnished as well, we even used the gas grill to feed our family a couple of times. All communications happened via text, with the property manager who seemed very gracious. We were even given extra time on our way out (late check-out). I would definitely recommend the place again.

Off Season Stay

This is a cute house. They provide great family games and have the kitchen fully stocked with appliances and dishware. We did not love the location of the home, the neighbors appear to be full time residents and have an interesting property. The home could use new carpet. We had some trouble getting linens and towels when we arrived although they had already been rented and scheduled for pickup. The rental company eventually got that corrected. Overall this was a good stay. Thanks for sharing your home.
