Charming 2-bedroom Villa in The Villages
Welcome to our 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom villa located in Villa de la Ramona in the Village of Santo Domingo. We are conveniently located an 8-minute golf cart ride from Spanish Springs, 12-minute ride to Lake Sumter Landing and just 5-minutes from Tierra Del Sol Country Club. This villa has all newer updated furnishings, all hard surface flooring and abundant of new recess lighting throughout.
The Master has a king bed, walk in closet, 50-inch smart TV and walk in shower in the private bath.
The second bedroom has queen bed with phone chargers built into the headboard and a 43 inch smart tv.
The washer and dryer are located in the garage.
The lanai has seating for 4.
We also have an enclosed screened in area (birdcage) out back with seating. No worries of bugs out here!
There is no smoking inside, outside or in the garage on this property, this includes any vaping.
NO PETS.
