About this property
Wonderful 3 bedroom, big fenced yard, bike path access, Jackson Hole Wyoming
Nestled in the heart of Jackson, this charming 3-bedroom home offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your extended stay. The bedrooms feature a queen bed in the primary, a twin bed in the second, and a queen bed with a futon mattress in the third (with memory foam options for added comfort) —ideal for families or small groups.
Step inside to a warm, welcoming atmosphere with essential amenities including a washer/dryer, hair dryer, smart TV, 5-channel stereo system, coffee maker, and high-speed WiFi. The home includes two lovely bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen with all the cookware you'll need (plus an expandable table for extra seating), and a utility room for added convenience. Relax in the living area on a comfortable couch and three large chairs while enjoying the 55-inch wall-mounted TV.
The primary bedroom boasts its own private bathroom, walk-in closet, and a desk with stunning views across the backyard toward Rendezvous Bowl at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom, and there's a front hall closet/pantry for storage.
Outdoors, unwind on the back porch with a table, umbrella, chairs, and BBQ grill. The backyard is fully enclosed by a privacy fence for peace and security, while the front yard is beautifully landscaped. The garage isn't accessible to guests, but there's space for two cars in the driveway (plus on-street parking in summer). For added convenience, the backyard gate can be padlocked, and the side of the house is great for storing bikes or gear.
Enjoy breathtaking views of Teton Pass and the ski resort right from home. Just around the corner, hike High School Butte for panoramic valley vistas—it's especially stunning in summer (though foliage may obscure resort views seasonally). The property is within 1 mile of Smith's Market and only 50 yards from Jackson's extensive bike path network, making it easy to explore town.
Important Notes for Your Stay:
This home is perfect for longer-term rentals (31+ days), as HOA rules limit multiple rentals per month and town regulations restrict short-term stays to just three per calendar year (up to 60 days total). Reach out for details on permits and compliance.
The homeowner may occasionally need access to the garage via a separate locked entrance. UPS/FedEx deliveries could arrive during your stay, and there's a doorbell camera (which can be disabled) that alerts for packages.
Renters agree to comply with the Landowner Protective Covenants, Conditions, and Regulations of Cottonwood Park; the Bylaws, Rules, and Regulations of the Association; and decisions of the Design Committee.
Make your Jackson holiday unforgettable—book this beautiful retreat today!
Please reach out if you have questions or special requests.
Open to room rentals and discounts for locals who need a somewhat temporary place to stay.

I have lived in the valley since 1992 and have worked in all types of industry but many run a computer sales and support shop for local businesses and individuals. My job as a MSP and consultant allows flexible time to care for the property while it is rented as well as allows me to enjoy the ameneties that Jackson Hole has to offer; back country skiing, hiking, mountain biking just to name a few.
During the couse of my life in Jackson Hole I have worked as a climbing guide as well as other service industry positions. If you are seaking recommendations or informal company on outings please let me know and I will share my experience with you.

Why they chose this property
Cottonwood is a quite older neighborhood that is a pocket of pleasantness on the south side of town. It was close to the local paragliding site of high shool butte and Nelson's Butte back in the day when I was obsessed with flying ;) and my kids lived minutes from the local schools.
What makes this property unique
Lilac Ln is a seldom traveled section that connects the two halves of Corner Creek lane, which is a loop. Unless you live in one of the few houses on this street is seldom accessed making it a safe area for families with children. The yard is fully fenced making it safe for pets and the bike path is just on the other side of the neighbors house; close to walk to but any foot traffic adjacent foot traffic is removed.
