The couch in the living has to be replaced, it was cheap and extremely uncomfortable

There was no stay, host cancelled without messaging

There was no experience, host cancelled on day of check in. Not sure what the platform had to do with the lack of communication.

The home wasn’t clean, I had to wash the bedding before I slept in it, the toilets had urine on the seat and under the seat, I had to clean both toilets. You can tell they haven’t cleaned the home in awhile, a lot of dust build up.
