We had a great stay! The host was very accommodating and responsive, which made everything easy. The unit was cute and in a perfect location—we loved walking to the jetty pier each day. The beach chairs, towels, and extras were a nice touch. We’d definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at our condo and would absolutely consider it again! We had plenty of space for our needs, and we were pleasantly surprised to find an assortment of beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a few boogie boards & skim boards! We also noticed a whole bag full of beach toys to use if you have kids with you. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed, but do be aware you will have to purchase toilet paper & paper towels for your stay since there's only one roll per area provided for your stay. Like I said, though, we very much enjoyed our stay here - it is clean, convenient to pool/beach/restaurants, and there's plenty to do!

Everything was excellent! The location is perfect for launches, and cruise ship watching. Balcony faces the right direction to see it all without going anywhere. Beds are very comfy, clean and well kept. We didn’t need anything, enough beach chairs, kitchen supplies, pillows, games, you name it. Perfect place!

The location is great! You would be able to enjoy beautiful view from your balcony, departing cruise ships and the ocean. The beach is clean and wide. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay: generous amount of towels, kitchen utensils, furniture , beach items and even laundry detergent. The place feels safe and private. I loved to spent my evenings on the balcony, as the breeze is especially pleasant and it is quiet enough. Plenty of parking space.Several coffee shops and grocery stores within close driving proximity. Close to Kennedy Space Center.Some cons though too: the place is outdated, the front door is awkward, the floors on the upper level are squeaky, awkward 3 doors hallway between the bathroom and bedroom on the second floor, the AC on the main floor is very loud especially at night time cause it’s right by the bedroom. None of the ceiling lights in bedrooms or living room would turn on, don’t know what the issue was. Going to the beach you have to pass 3 locked gates, a little too much. The deck is undergoing repairs.Wi-Fi didn’t work for us during our stay, and also the front electric gate ( need a code to open) got jammed and we were stuck outside with no one to be seen around to help or a phone number to call, until a neighbor waiting in line behind me decided to slam the gate and it opened, lol.

This unit was as advertised. Excellent value. Clean, light and bright. All essentials are provided. Bring your own paper products for the kitchen and bathroom as you will likely need additional to the provided. Bring soap, shampoo and conditioner for the shower/bath. I would recommend this property.
