Our property is a newly renovated 4-story apartment building located inside a private gated community directly across from the beach. The beach is only a two-minute walk from our property. The apartment has 4 fully furnished units, including a 1-bedroom on the first floor, a 2-bedroom on the second floor, a 2-bedroom on the third floor, and a 2-bedroom on the fourth floor. All 4 apartments are available for rent. Our property also features a private swimming pool, bar area, outdoor dining area, garden, grilling area, sunbathing area, and rooftop with ocean view. In addition to the beach, our property is close to the attractions listed below.

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO in Cancun!The room was lovely and exactly as described. What truly stood out was the hospitality - both the hostDiana and the manager Rosa were exceptional. They were incredible accommodating and always quick to respond to our needs, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

The host was very responsive and that was appreciated. Wish i was told not to take a cab from airport (2500 pesos). Bottle water in fridge is clearly refilled from tap. No stores or breakfast/lunch places within walking distance. Pool is unusable. Ants running rampant on furniture, in bed.

Hello Brenda, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I would like to respectfully clarify several points to ensure the information is accurate. Regarding the drinking water, we do not refill bottles with tap water. All water bottles provided are factory-sealed, and we purchase bottled water in cases from Costco. We also keep receipts and photo records as part of our standard operating procedures. I’m truly sorry to hear you became ill, but based on these facts, it is very unlikely that it was caused by purified bottled water. Concerning transportation, our listing specifies that we provide accommodation only and do not offer airport transportation. Your booking was made last minute, and no questions were asked in advance about transportation options. Had you reached out, we would have been more than happy to share tips, recommendations, or available discounts. Many guests choose to rent a car, which we personally recommend. There is also a convenience store (Oxxo) approximately a 10-minute walk from the property. As for the pool and weather conditions, weather in Cancun can be unpredictable, and this year has been unusually cold and windy. Strong winds occasionally bring palm leaves into the pool, something that is beyond our control. We regret that you were unable to enjoy the pool as planned. You mentioned ants; however, when our manager inspected the room, no issue was found. As a precaution, she offered to apply repellent, which was declined by you because it was not, we have pictures to probe it Lastly, regarding wildlife, our intention was simply to inform you of the natural environment surrounding the property so you would not be surprised. Being located near a tropical ecosystem means guests may occasionally see local wildlife such as iguanas or other native species, which many visitors consider part of the natural beauty of the area.
