For our guests’ peace of mind, this property has incorporated enhanced cleaning and low-contact protocols.

This one bedroom suite features a plush king sized bed in master bedroom and a loft area with two twin beds. Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen that provides all of comforts of a home and the convenience to make a meal. The entire family can enjoy this beautiful suite offering a separate living room with a sleeper sofa, 42’’ HD TV and DVD player. Suite also has two full bathrooms and a furnished patio. Can accommodate up to 6 guests.

• Check-in: 4:00pm

• Check-out: 10:00am

• Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.

~What you need to know before your arrival~

• At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made and you must be at least 21 years old to check into the resort

• A USD $33.83 plus tax Resort Fee will be applied daily to this reservation. Daily Resort Charge includes: Guest internet access; self-parking 1 car; select daily activities; sports equipment; outdoor games including: chess, corn-hole, spike-ball; paddle boat rentals; movie & boardgames rentals, barbecue equipment and PressReader access.

• The Debit or Credit Card used to secure your booking must be presented at check-in. If the card is not presented, funds secured are reversed, and payment is secured on the new card. The Card owner must be present at time of arrival.

• A USD 200 Security Hold is required at time of arrival and must be placed on a major credit or debit card.

• We do our best to accommodate all special requests, but we are not always able to do so. Please contact us before your arrival.

~Property Policies~

• Responsibility for Charges and Damages: You are liable for all damages to the room(s) caused by you or your guests/invitees during your stay. • Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.

• Smoking Policy: Beachwoods Resort is a smoke free facility. If smoking occurs in the unit during your stay, a USD 250 cleaning fee will be billed to your account.

The large pool slide is closed until further notice. The arcade/game room is currently closed for renovations through September 13, 2024. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Not as pictured

The room in the pictures is completely different than the room you are booking. The twin beds are in a closed off loft as another reviewer mentioned. There is only one bathroom, and far less seating. The property is great, but do not book through Vacay Homes listings. This listing is pretty much a scam and they won’t do anything about it, I had to go through Vrbo to even try and get things fixed.

Beautiful decor but terrible customer service!

We arrived early and they let us check in. Our room was supposed to be ready at 4. After calling and calling the front desk multiple times for updates finally the room was ready at 7:30! We got no compensation, my family and i just wanted to take a shower and go out to dinner. By the time we got our room and showered a group of 7 everything was closed already. The manager never called or answered my concerns. I will never stay at their resorts again!!!

Great location

The location was wonderful. Surprisingly it was right behind Wal-mart but once you entered you didn't realize where you were. The staff was helpful, the apartment clean, easy access to the gym, pool, and hot tub and all were in good condition and well cared for. It was quiet and since you had to pass a guard shack to gain entrance it felt very secure. We had 2 complaints while we were there. First of all the VRBO photos make it appear that we were renting an apartment with 2 bedrooms and both would have at minimum full size beds. What we got was a master bedroom with a king bed and on suite bathroom and then upstairs was 2 twin beds but no bathroom at all. The other issue was that there was NO wifi. I called the front desk and was told they were in the process of running the fiber optics for it so hopefully that won't be an issue for future visitors. I'd recommend the place to folks with kids, a girls getaway, or a couples getaway. We were in an upstairs apartment so if stairs are an issue for you be sure to request downstairs. Overall a pleasant stay, nice place, and great staff.
