Hosting gives me the chance to make others feel comfortable and at home while they’re away, just like I’d want when I’m traveling.

Why they chose this property

I’m based in NJ, just a short distance from NYC (30 min), which gives me the best of both worlds. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with a great sense of community. I love how easy it is to get into the city for sightseeing, but I also appreciate the calm of being in a more relaxed area. There are a lot of hidden gems around, from local parks to spots like Branch Brook Park and Liberty State Park with great views of the skyline.

What makes this property unique

My place is in a quiet neighborhood, yet it's just a short distance from NYC, so you get the best of both worlds. It's perfect for a relaxing stay with easy access to the city’s excitement. Plus, you’re close to indoor snowboarding, a water park, and the American Dream mall, which has everything from shopping to entertainment. It’s a unique spot for those looking to explore, relax, or do a little of both
