With amenities like fast WiFi, heating, AC, and WiFi, you'll feel right at home. Modern open kitchen, with all accessories for home cooking. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a bathtub, hair dryer, and bidet for added convenience. Experience an amazing stay in this lovely property. We recentlyadded a hot tub, outdoor shower as well. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. This place is near major highways and a 20-30 minute drive to downtown Austin with the new 183 tollways. There are also many parks walking distance with sand volleyball courts, pools, tennis and basketball courts and dog parks. The Twin lakes ymca is nearby as well if you are a member as well as many other large gym franchises. There are also several walking and running and hiking trails nearby. Great safe peaceful neighborhood for long walks and runs by buttercup creek and Janet bartles park…There is a Tesla home charger for Tesla EVs.

Lovely Place for an Extended Stay

This house worked great for us to stay in while some work was being done on our primary residence. Jeremy was very communicative and responsive to everything we needed. The house was well taken care of, clean, and had everything we needed.

We stayed here due to house work. Jeremy has been very accommodating when we ended up extending our stay. Very quiet neighborhood close to park and walking areas. Jeremy is very prompt to communicate.

Ty, the plates are not plastic though, they are organic wheat straw fiber which are unbreakable and microwave and food safe and have no harmful chemicals such as plastic.

We had a very good stay. The house was clean. The bed comfortable. It was great to have 2 sinks and a large countertop in the main bathroom. Music theme was fun. There are 2 parks within walking distance of the house. We would stay again.

The host did all he could to repair the water heater. But since it was Thanksgiving weekend..Not alot of options. Had to go home early.

I’m sorry the hot water heater went out on a holiday as stated I had two different contractors out in thanksgiving and the day before but it is taking until today the Monday after the holiday to get it fully fixed…

The home was perfectly sized for our small group. It wasn't terribly far from the festival we attended and the road traffic was more than tolerable for making a quick commute to Georgetown.
