The house was exactly as described in a quiet neighborhood in South Charlotte. The rooms were spacious and each bed has a nice "welcome" package of personal essentials, in case you forget your toothbrush. It was a very thoughtful surprise. Trey was responsive to any questions and even made a hasty response when my dogs tripped the dead bolt and locked me out of the house. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking for quiet retreat while still being close enough to enjoy all that Charlotte has to offer.

needed. The rooms are good sized, plenty of space , and fenced in back yard. The owner was nice and responsive. The back decks needs fixed and some fencing need repaired, but in all it was good for us.

Back yard disrepair

Yard needs a lot of work. The back deck has rotted so much it is dangerous.Plenty of space and bedrooms but house needs work to get a better star rating.

Thank you for staying and your feedback Timothy. I do want to say that the deck is structurally sound, it is older and the paint is chipping, but by no means dangerous. Also, I do get yard work done weekly so not sure what you mean there. Overall, I appreciate your stay but wanted to offer further explanation for anyone who is reading this review and mention that this home isn't brand new. What I beleive makes it a five star offer is the size, space and fenced in backyard you get at a budget friendly rate. Anyways, thanks again for your stay Timothy and the feedback.

The house was in a good neighborhood, nice bedrooms, flexible kitchen the only downfalls that really caused problems is how slippery the bathrooms were in the tubs and how theres nothing to hold onto there. Also the deck needs a little work with boards sticking up and other sinking in. the backyard with amazing besides almost losing our dog because the gate next to the deck won't close all the way because of the root growing there. lastly there was lots of big ants everywhere and other dead bugs around the house that wasn't amazing having to handle dead things.

Hey Margaret, thanks for your feedback. In terms of the bugs, I do get pest control service performed every month. Next time, please let me know while you're staying, I could've had them come out. One thing though, when we showed up to the property after your stay, human and dog food was everywhere. This will attract bugs, even with pest control service, if not cleaned up during the stay, especially for a long stay like you had. Anyways, thanks for the feedback!
