Load and start the dishwasher
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave bed linens on beds unmade.
Leave used towels on bathroom floors - *Please do not leave damp/wet laundry on any of the wood flooring.
Assure all indoor & outdoor lights are off.
Take garbage to outdoor bin (*must be bagged in kitchen size bags or larger). Please do not use neighbors bins.
Turn air on 80 degrees & heat on 60 degrees.
Ensure the grill is off and covered.
Assure all entry doors are closed and locked (Please don’t lock the door knob - only the dead bolts)
Leave dock furniture, foam lily pad and kayak as you found them - securely strapped
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
