The house was just as pictured. Fully stocked as described. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean. The kids enjoyed the game room. The owners communicated promptly with any requests. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
This was a perfect pick for our family dinner. The home is very spacious and neat. Fully equipped and great place to enjoy family! We were able to take a 12 minute ride to the lake park & enjoy the small beach, the fairgrounds were also open with fun rides.
My family & I had a lovely time at this home in Troutman. During our family trips, its generally 6-7 of us so it was great that there were beds for everyone. Three bathrooms, full kitchen with many utensils & condiments. We're avid Foosball players so that's what drew me in & the ping pong table was an added bonus. Great stay..
Had a great stay here with friends for a trip for a sport tournament in the area. Plenty of space and great layout. Very much enjoyed the stay and plan to use this place again next year for our trip to the tournament again!

Why they chose this property
Troutman, nestled on the shores of Lake Norman, captivated us with its blend of natural beauty and peaceful community spirit. Just minutes from Lake Norman State Park—with its miles of hiking and biking trails, swimming, fishing, and boating it offers the perfect balance of outdoor adventure and lakeside serenity. We love how you can spend mornings kayaking along the shoreline, afternoons enjoying nearby Davesté Vineyards or Zootastic Park. With small-town charm, a welcoming community, and gorgeous scenery all around, we knew this was the ideal spot to share our love of lake life with guests.
