Grand Lodge at Peak 7 is the best of luxury lodging at Breckenridge. This 2 BR, 2 bath condo overlooking the slopes is available ONLY for the week of 12/28/24- 1/4/25. Family friendly, true ski in/ski out - just steps to the Independence super chair on Peak 7. Also on the gondola route which provides direct access to peak 8 and downtown Breckenridge.
Details- Beautiful 2 BR/ 2 bath ski in/ski out condo at Grand Lodge at Peak 7. With approximately 1,200 square feet, two-bedroom residences feature king beds in both bedrooms, two queen sleeper sofas, a full-size kitchen and an extra kitchenette, two bathrooms and a private balcony.
The spacious two-bedroom residences at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 provide the perfect accommodations for your family or group of friends. Make yourself at home with stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, a washer/dryer, a gas fireplace, a large living space and a private balcony.
Kitchen- fully equipped granite kitchen plus a separate kitchenette. Kitchen is well equipped with full refrigerator, stainless steel appliances, stove/ oven, microwave. It even has a blender, crockpot, coffee pot, toaster. Meals are easy to make in the unit, and I love coming in off the slopes for a lunch break before going back out on the slopes.
Grand Lodge amenities include Sevens Bar and Grille, Soothe Day Spa, a family fun center, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and pools, steam room and sauna. The Grotto is a separate adult only (21 and only) indoor spa.
For families- indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, splash pool and slide, outdoor barbecue areas, game room. You can also reserve your own movie theatre with plush leather seating at no additional cost. Choose from hundreds of movies within your own theatre (must book in advance)
Underground heated parking is available, AND your own individual ski lockers are nice features.
Grand Lodge provides a shuttle on demand to take you to and from various stops downtown, so you can enjoy restaurants without worrying about taking your car.

We are a family of 5 grew up skiing east coast, fell in love with Breckenridge and especially Grand Lodge at Peak 7, we purchased this fractional ownership property in 2009 and have enjoyed spending our holiday vacations skiing there. This is a true ski in ski out, so the convenience can’t be beat. The skiing is fabulous- wide open spaces, and not too crowded. The chairlift at Peak 7 offers ski access to blue/ intermediate slopes. Grand Lodge at Peak 7 is very well managed and maintained. We've enjoyed exploring the town of Breckenridge with its fabulous restaurants and shops. Perfect for our family and yours too!
Why they chose this property
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! Grand Lodge at Peak 7 has the best of everything, especially the location steps away from the Independence Super Chair right out the door, and a quick walk to the gondola. Come in for lunch in your condo, relax by the fire, then go back out when you are ready. Watch the skiers down the mountain from your deck. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, granite countertops, crock pot, blender, everything you would need for cooking if you so choose. Washer/Dryer in the unit. Enough space for each member of the family. It is so convenient to walk outside the condo to the Independence Super chair; usually less crowded than the lifts at the base of the mountain. Beautiful and spacious rooms, great kitchen, fireplace, fabulous amenities such as spa, outdoor and indoor pools, hot tub, personal movie theatre on first floor (need to book in advance).
