Whether you've coming to Branson to relax, celebrate family time together, enjoy some lake time, or participating in a sporting event, we would love to welcome you to our condo!

This isn’t just a vacation rental; this is our vacation home, and we hope to share it with you. We spend over 50 nights a year in our happy place, so you can rest assured that it will have all of the comforts of home.

Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the expansive lake views. Our 2 BR/ 2 BA condo is located in The Cove on Indian Point Resort (formerly Eagles Nest), nestled in the beautiful Ozarks on Table Rock Lake. We are only 5 minutes from Silver Dollar City and 7 miles from the famous 76 Strip. Secluded, yet minutes away from all Branson has to offer.

So close to Silver Dollar City that you avoid the traffic!!! You can spend your day at SDC and go back to the condo for lunch or a swim, and return to the park for an evening show. All tickets to SDC allow same-day visitors re-entry without an extra charge!

Recently renovated and super clean, our condo provides all of the comforts of home after a busy day at Silver Dollar City, on Table Rock Lake, or sightseeing around Branson. Our unit is a penthouse unit, approximately 15 stairs up from the parking lot. Being a top level unit, you will get to experience amazing views while not having to worry about noise from guests above you. We also have a 20 foot patio with multiple dining options.

Silver Dollar City, lake fun during the summer, the beautiful fall foliage, and wonderful holiday shows make this a great choice for a vacation or weekend get away any time of the year!

* FAMILY ROOM: 50 in flat screen 4K Smart TV w/ROKU, cable TV, WiFi throughout, and several USB charging ports. The sofa bed features a memory foam mattress which ensures you will sleep comfortably.

* MASTER SUITE: King size bed, flat screen TV, cable TV, alarm clock, USB charging ports, adjoining master ensuite bathroom with double sinks, and walkout access to the 20 ft patio.

* GUEST BEDROOM: Two twin beds, flat screen TV, cable TV, alarm clock, USB charging ports, and private access to the adjoining full bathroom.

* KITCHEN AND DINING AREA: The updated kitchen features stainless appliances and is completely furnished with coffee pots (both traditional and Kuerig), utensils, NEW pots and pans, dinnerware, glassware, cutlery, USB charging ports, and washer/dryer. The dining table seats up to 6 when expanded.

Towels, linens, and supplies such as washing detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels are provided.

* 20 FT PATIO: This is where we spend most of our time. Our recently updated composite deck offers expansive views of Table Rock Lake. There is a dining table that offers seating for 6 as well as a high top with seating for 4. It is the perfect place for your morning coffee or evening cocktail! The resort also offers charcoal grills on property with a few located near our property. There are no open flames allowed on the patio.

* IMPORTANT: Smoking, vaping, and pets of any kind are NOT allowed in the condo or on the patio. Our resort does not allow boat or trailer (of any kind) parking. If you would like to bring your boat or a trailer to Branson, please let us know ahead of time and we can provide you recommended storage locations close to the resort.

Resort amenities include: outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis court, basketball goal, children's playground, and nature trails to Table Rock Lake to fish or swim. The pool and hot tub are generally available between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend. Check with us for extended availability.

Nearby - within 5 miles: Silver Dollar City, golf course, convenience store, marina, restaurants, horseback riding, and more.

BRANSON SHOWS, water parks, putt-putt, novelty museums and other attractions less than 20 minutes away.

Fantastic place and even better location!

I had no idea how fantastic this place was until we got there! It was literally minutes from Silver Dollar City, and any other attraction you could think of. Beautiful views and just a great space as well. We loved the outdoor deck and the short walk to the lake. I would 1000% recommend this location!

Beautiful balcony view

Beautiful home and ease with coming and going. It was clean and very comfortable. Loved the balcony in the mornings and again in the evenings. It was a beautiful weekend and seeing a bit of the lake with all the tree lines in the midst of changing to fall colors was amazing. I would stay here again in the future.

Location was great, property was clean, door lock was very difficult to open, some sliding deck boards that need secured down from moving some one could get hurt falling thru, grandchildren had a good time, would reserve it again

Great location with a wonderful view! This condo was one of the most well stocked rentals we've stayed in. It was very clean and spacious for us (2 adults and 2 kids). You are just 2 minutes from SDC and less than 20 minutes from everywhere else. We will definitely be renting again.

Beautiful Condo, Beautiful View

Everything about this condo was as shown and as promised. It is newly redone, fresh, new and tastefully modern. Very close to SDC (right around the bend), and easy roads to Indian Point and to Branson. The accommodations are top-notch. I highly recommend (and already have done so personally to friends and family).

Absolutely loved this property. It was spotless and so pretty. We loved the deck and the view outside and it was quiet and peaceful. We contacted the owner because we didn’t read the instructions to get in well enough 😊 and he responded right away and was so helpful.

This condo was PERFECT!

Pictures do not do this condo justice. It has amazing views of Table Rock Lake and Silver Dollar City. The owners did an amazing job remodeling. The beds are so comfortable! We cooked breakfast and dinner with no issues. The owners provide all the utensils and cookware. We stayed here with two children ages 5 and 2 and they had plenty of room to play. The owners (Kevin and his wife) respond very quickly to emails and text. I would recommend this condo to everyone! We plan on staying here often as we buy Silver Dollar City season passes each year and love boating on Table Rock Lake! Thank you to the owners for opening your condo to guest. It's greatly appreciated!

We had a really good stay at this location. It was clean, easy to get in and out of and Kevin was very reponsive with any questions we had. This location is ideal if you are going to Silver Dollar City, as it is really just minutes from there. The only issue we had was the beds were just too soft for us, but that is a personal preference. It didnt stop us from trying to book again in Nov, but they were already booked up for that weekend.

Summer Family Vacation

We loved staying at this place. The location was great and had a lot to offer. We have stayed at many places and this was the cleanest place we have stayed at so far. It was great to be able to do laundry each day within the place. Definitely would return for another stay and recommend to family and friends.

July 4th weekend.

The condo was clean and comfortable and I loved the view from the deck. I could see some fireworks in the distance on the 4th and 5th. We had some confusion getting into the condo which was stressful, but it worked out. The code was listed as the last 6 digits of my phone number and it was listed in the email that was sent. The number sent was correct, but it was one digit off from my phone number, but we figured it out. The condo was very nice, but it would be even better if it included a few extras like bath soap and deeper pans for baking like a cake pan. It would also be extra nice to include some coffee and tea samples to use in the provided coffee makers.

Thank you for taking the time to consider our condo. We would like to take this opportunity to tell you a little bit about ourselves. We are Angi Torizzo and Kevin Krizek, your condo owners.

We live in Overland Park, KS. I (Kevin) have been in the Kansas City area since 1992, and Angi joined me here when we were married in 2003. Angi is an early childhood educator at Lord of Life Preschool, and I am a solutions engineer with Tableau a Salesforce Company. Prior to joining Tableau, I spent 23 years at Cerner Corporation.

I have been in love with lake life ever since my early childhood. I spent quite a bit of time at Lake of the Ozarks during my pre-teen and teen years. Lake of the Ozarks has changed quite a bit since the 1980s, so we gave Table Rock a try during the summer of 2016. We spent several weekends at various Eagles Nest properties during this time, and I was pleasantly surprised to find all of the activities available for families at Table Rock / Branson. We enjoyed our time so much that we decided to take the plunge, and are now the proud owners of this beautiful condo.

We enjoy getting down to the area as much as possible, but, with three children, that is not always possible...so we are happy to share our condo with you.
