This was the most adorable VRBO we have ever stayed in. It was beautifully renovated and decorated. We had a question during our stay and the property management company and host were both extremely responsive! I would absolutely recommend staying at this property. It was so cute and conveniently located.

Wonderful little historic cottage close to downtown. It's been updated but has kept it's character while making sure you have all the modern conveniences. Street parking is really easy and very available. Super comfy beds and helpful hosts.

The property was immaculate and in a terrific location. Ample parking on a quiet street. Probably one of the most accurately described properties we've stayed at. Nicely appointed, great towels and bedding. We will definitely request The Pink Palace in the future! Property manager was great to work with.

Beautiful historic home with lots of charm! Comfortable beds, soft towels, gas grill, and well appointed kitchen. Surrounding streets were a bit older/run down, but there were plenty of blocks that had neat old houses to look at and we went walking in the evening and felt perfectly safe. Enjoyed the rocking chairs on the front porch- great location for coffee in the morning or wine at night.

House was very clean and cutely decorated with a good supply of essentials. Conveniently located to downtown area. Some surrounding streets are still up and coming but it was a very quiet area with a coffee shop, etc. close by. Would stay there again.

Could have used more than the one roll of TP for 4 women for 4 days. No back ups. Also the listing should let all be aware that there are uneven steps either no hand rails to the front door

Our stay at the Charming Cottage was perfect! Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The host checked in with us the day we were set to arrive, the morning after to ensure we had everything we needed, and the day we left to ensure we had a good stay. The "tiny" house (as my 5-year-old called it) was in a great location, and we had no issues with street parking outside the home. Thank you again for sharing your home with us... we may very well be back next year!

Tennis Camp

This house is so cute, beautifully decorated and so comfy! We looked forward to coming back each afternoon to rest and relax. This house has everything you could possibly need and was very clean. The beds are very comfortable, also. It’s in a perfect location, close to downtown and just a short ride to UNCW and the Mayfaire area. We will definitely stay again!

GREAT place to stay in Wilmington, particularly if visiting the historic district and riverfront. It's a little far, and traffic congested, if you're looking for an ocean fun-in-the-sun vacation. It was PERFECT for us.The house is exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The living spaces are functional and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. A full length mirror would be a nice addition. The only negative for us was the lack of a railing on the front steps. There are just a few but they vary in height and carrying luggage was a bit scary for us old folks!

Great house!

The house is extremely comfortable, clean and well decorated. The host thought of many details to make our stay as comfortable as possible, including body wash in the shower and makeup towels for removing makeup! The kitchen is also well stocked so we had everything we needed to cook on the nights we stayed in. We highly recommend this house!
