Wonderful little historic cottage close to downtown. It's been updated but has kept it's character while making sure you have all the modern conveniences. Street parking is really easy and very available. Super comfy beds and helpful hosts.

The property was immaculate and in a terrific location. Ample parking on a quiet street. Probably one of the most accurately described properties we've stayed at. Nicely appointed, great towels and bedding. We will definitely request The Pink Palace in the future! Property manager was great to work with.

Beautiful historic home with lots of charm! Comfortable beds, soft towels, gas grill, and well appointed kitchen. Surrounding streets were a bit older/run down, but there were plenty of blocks that had neat old houses to look at and we went walking in the evening and felt perfectly safe. Enjoyed the rocking chairs on the front porch- great location for coffee in the morning or wine at night.

GREAT place to stay in Wilmington, particularly if visiting the historic district and riverfront. It's a little far, and traffic congested, if you're looking for an ocean fun-in-the-sun vacation. It was PERFECT for us.The house is exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The living spaces are functional and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. A full length mirror would be a nice addition.The only negative for us was the lack of a railing on the front steps. There are just a few but they vary in height and carrying luggage was a bit scary for us old folks!

Our stay at the Charming Cottage was perfect! Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The host checked in with us the day we were set to arrive, the morning after to ensure we had everything we needed, and the day we left to ensure we had a good stay. The "tiny" house (as my 5-year-old called it) was in a great location, and we had no issues with street parking outside the home. Thank you again for sharing your home with us... we may very well be back next year!

Tennis Camp

This house is so cute, beautifully decorated and so comfy! We looked forward to coming back each afternoon to rest and relax. This house has everything you could possibly need and was very clean. The beds are very comfortable, also. It’s in a perfect location, close to downtown and just a short ride to UNCW and the Mayfaire area. We will definitely stay again!

Great house!

The house is extremely comfortable, clean and well decorated. The host thought of many details to make our stay as comfortable as possible, including body wash in the shower and makeup towels for removing makeup! The kitchen is also well stocked so we had everything we needed to cook on the nights we stayed in. We highly recommend this house!

More than expected

This house worked wonderfully for our mom and sisters’ weekend. The location was good and everything was very comfortable. The owner was extremely communicative, messaging often and checking on us and responding quickly to any questions I had. One word of caution - the steps into the house are steep and do not have a rail. My mother struggled some with those, but she is 95 (although in great shape.) otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to go back.
