This is my first 66th birthday I hope it ain't my last but I have heart failure I have kidney failure and three aneurysms and I'm telling you this is the most beautiful place that I would love to come back to hope it's a telephone when I start looking again and maybe a November December or the New Year's coming thank you for this day I enjoy myself we are gone now everything is washed yourself one wash cloth and that is on the floor I did not wash any blankets at all I clean all the beds make se everything out there refrigerator and everything out there all the trash is outdoor in the trash can please send someone to make sure your doors is locked

The house was clean. It was close to our Norfolk family. Certain aspects of the home were dated and in need of minor repairs.

Owner was very responsive - I had a little issue with the lock upon check in, and they replied immediately regarding our concerns and resolved our issues. Home is shabby but very clean and a short drive away from grocery stores, WalMart, and beach.

My Stay

Overall the stay was good. The house was very clean. The two upstairs bedrooms gets warm in the daytime and cools down at night with the help of the ceiling fan. The house owner was very nice and helpful. He will answer his phone if you call him.

This home was exactly what my family and friends needed. The space is there and it was a lot of rooms for everyone to have their own area. They had washing machines and dryers as well. The Host was amazing with sending information and allowing us to stay a little later past check out since we had a long drive home. They sent over all the information which made it an easy transition unto the property. The only thing that could be improved is the fixtures. Some of the faucets were falling apart. This house has SO much potential however, things ares being patched up and no updates. If the owner takes the time and put a few extra dollars into this home, they will always be booked up. Other than that my family and I really enjoyed staying here and communicating with the Host was also a pleasure.

The people we had to work with were very helpful but the property was terrible. The AC didn't work two of the toilets were bad. The kitchen faucet was broken, There were ants every where. We had to kill two palmetto bugs. The front lock didn't work at first, and the overall condition of the space looked abandoned and in very poor conditioned. We enjoyed our trip but not the property.

Ronald and his guest were very polite and nice folks. However, some folks do not understand that things break and as the property mgr my job is to fix them as they reported usually by a guest. During Ron's stay my maintenance man repaired the kitchen faucet, installed a brand new toilet in the laundry room facility and replaced the rechargeable battery in the front door lock. Also had just exterminated for bugs and ants before Ron's group arrival because we they came from a previous guest. In general we do not have a bug problem unless they are delivered by some of our guests. We exterminate at least every 90 days. Thanks to Ron, my place will be better place for my next guest. The neighbor is family friendly and only 11 minutes from Oceanview fishing pier and about 15 minutes from Nirfolk's waterside park and casino.

My 5 bdrm property is a corner lot with one of the largest yards in the area.
