This clean & comfy property features 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, living room and full bath with tub/shower. There is stylish furniture and decor with linens, towels and basic amenities for your stay. Gas range and updated appliances make cooking efficient and easy with some basics in the kitchen for you to get started!
Cozy up by the gas fireplace and watch a movie on the new smart TV. Extra large windows have privacy shades or will let in a ton of natural light! Ceiling fans, new paint and toilet in bathroom with some little details and touches we hope our guests will enjoy! There is onsite laundry, full bath in detached garage space. Guests can enjoy amenities like wifi, smart tv, and a washer/dryer, with on site parking and security cameras.

We are new to vrbo but not new to hosting! This was our family home for almost a decade with many fond memories. We love this quiet neighborhood and the easy access to everything we like to do. Born and raised in Cleveland, OH & Portland, TX we enjoy hosting and opening our special home to make your stay a memorable one.
Why they chose this property
Location! This neighborhood is called Del Mar which translates to "from the sea". Just a few blocks from Cole Park & the Corpus Christi Bay this friendly neighborhood is just a short trip downtown, to Ocean Dr or highway access. It is quiet but has community activities. It is safe but lock your cars and don't leave valuables in site. We are close to entertainment, shopping, F&B and almost everything in Corpus is less than a 20 minute drive.
What makes this property unique
Our property is well cared for. This home was build in the 1940s and has original hardwood floors, new but original size windows offering tons of natural light with privacy shades. The glass doorknobs and unique design offer a touch of charm with modern updates. There is a gas range, microwave, coffee maker along with a new toilet and paint in the restroom. The beds are comfy with dressers, hangers, ironing board and charging stations. We have some books & games to share and have added some extra amenities and touches we hope ya'll will enjoy. There is a small deck/patio in back with sun shade and patio furniture cushions in garage. Fenced yard with gate and plenty of parking, privacy and security cameras. Garage parking is also available. There is a bonus area in detached garage that offers laundry onsite and full bathroom.
