Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Not good.

We couldn’t get in the first night. The door lock was jammed. It was late, dark, and neighborhood does not look safe. We had to go to a hotel. We ended up staying at the hotel for safety reasons.
