Your home away from home in Punta Gorda with 2 bedrooms on the first level! This terrific condo features Queen bed in the master bedroom with walk in closet and en quite with tub/shower combo. Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and is right next to guest bathroom with a shower. Full size washer and dryer in unit. Enjoy fully stocked kitchen for home cooked meals and beautiful water view from screened in covered lanai just outside of the living room. One assigned parking space right in front of the unit and extra spaces always available in guest parking.
Community is newly updated and showcases large heated swimming pool, tennis courts, picnic area and a club house.
You’ll have easy access to freeway and from there take a 20-30 min drive down to Fort Myers for Top Golf or drive 45 min up to Sarasota to visit Ringling Museum and beautiful water front downtown.
***Community requires names of all tenants and vehicles on premises (even visitors). Application & background check form will need to be submitted for approval prior to arrival. But there are no additional fees of any kind. ***No COMMERCIAL or UTILITY vehicles allowed
