3-bed vacation condo on Lake Oswego with backyard, WiFi, AC, parking
MINIMUM STAY 6 MONTHS. Home is a travel destination and yet only a 10-minute drive to downtown Portland and 30 minutes to Portland airport. It's within walking distance of restaurants, shops, movie theater, and parks. This property comes with lake rights to an exclusive private lake with free private summer concerts. A couple kayaks and a couple paddle boards are onsite and a fob is provided for the private dock. Home features 1 queen bed and 2 full beds. Each bedroom has a dresser, desk/chair and both guest rooms have a smart TV. Kitchen is fully appointed with everything one could possibly need. Home includes one designated parking space, one guest pass for visitor parking, and street parking is available. Home includes WiFi, in-home washer/dryer and a koi pond in private backyard. I'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at my place.

Why they chose this property
I purchased this home because of the location on the lake within walking distance to local amenities, and in one of the safest neighborhoods in the Portland Metro area. I've lived here 5 years without witnessing a car break in, and packages are safe on my porch. This is a nonsmoking complex.
What makes this property unique
It's the end ground floor unit of this condo complex with a view of the lake from the front room, and a rare backyard with beautiful koi. The home does not have any carpet so it's easy to allow my guests to bring their fur babies.
