Thank you so much for your kind words! We're happy to hear you enjoyed your stay at Tidewater, and that the location and cleanliness met your expectations. Regarding the toilet paper, we appreciate your feedback. As noted in our listing, we provide a starter supply of essentials (including one roll of toilet paper per bathroom), but any additional items needed during the stay are the guest’s responsibility. We hope it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding. We’d love to welcome you back again soon! 😊🌴

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I’m sorry the stay didn’t meet expectations — the lack of towels/toilet paper and the maintenance issues you described are unacceptable. I’ve shared your comments with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so we can ensure proper provisioning based on guest count and length of stay, clear the clogged sink, repair or replace the shower handle and washer lid, and address any rust. We’ll also review the unit for necessary updates and make sure the listing reflects current condition. Thank you for letting us know; we’ll use your feedback to improve future stays.

Hi Alexandra, Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you found the property clean. We’ll make a note about the towel supply to ensure future guests have everything they need for a more comfortable stay.
