Floor #2: Living area with relcining sofas, TV; Dining Area with large table with 4 chairs and bench seating; Fully Equipped Kitchen with Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Keurig Coffee Maker, Toaster Oven, Slow Cooker, and Blender; Bathroom #3 with claw foot soaking tub; Outdoor Deck with high top table and chairs and rocking chairs.

Additional Amenities: 5 Smart TVs with access to streaming apps and basic cable, WiFi; Central Heat and Air, Ceiling Fans; Utility Room Laundry with Washer/Dryer; Exterior Patio with Picnic Table, chairs, and rocking chairs; Tiki Bar; Charcoal Grill; Enclosed Outside Shower with Hot/Cold Water and Dressing Area, Outside Rinse Off Shower; Adult Bicycles; Covered under home parking with additional driveway parking with space for a boat trailer - only approximately 1/2 mile to the public boat ramp!
