Thank you for your interest in my condo. Please note that all of my rentals are long-term, and I ask a few questions to ensure a smooth and successful stay for both parties. If you'd like to proceed, please be prepared to provide the following information:
1. Purpose of Your Stay: Please specify whether you're here for work, study, or other reasons, and provide any supporting proof.
2. General Information About Your Profession: I’d appreciate a brief overview of your profession or plans during your stay.
3. Ability to Meet Rental Terms: Confirmation of your ability to meet the rental terms.
SCREENING PROCESS:
If you have fewer than 3 positive reviews from previous stays, I will require you (with your consent) to complete a background check through a tenant screening platform.
SECURITY DEPOSITS:
A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent will be required.
LEASE AGREEMENT:
As per my building’s requirements, we will need to sign an external lease agreement that clearly outlines all agreed terms. This agreement must be signed prior to check-in.
LATE FEES:
Late Check-Out Fee: A $100 fee will be charged for any unauthorized check-out past the designated check-out time.
Unauthorized check-outs that occur more than 24 hours past the designated check-out time will incur a fee equal to the monthly base rate without any discounts. Please note that this fee does not grant you possession of the property for the remainder of the month—it is strictly a penalty for the late check-out without prior approval. If you wish to extend your stay, you must formally request an extension through the appropriate channels.
You will be responsible for reimbursing the host (me) for any refunds issued to subsequent guests due to your unauthorized late check-out.
If you need to check out late, please notify the landlord well in advance to arrange for authorization.
