The hotel-style complex includes an indoor pool and jacuzzi, recreational room, game room, outdoor patio space with grill, ski storage, and more!

Located right at the base of South Peak, this new luxury-style condo is the ideal space for a getaway. Enjoy the home's open-plan living space and take in the mountain views from the unit's private patio. This two-bedroom space sleeps 6 people comfortably with a queen bed in the master bedroom and two full beds in the guest room. Rejuvenate after a day of hiking or skiing in the two beautiful full bathrooms while taking in the views from the master bathroom window. The home features a full kitchen, completely stocked with all kitchen appliances and necessities. Enjoy the sunrise over the mountains, while sipping on coffee from the complimentary coffee bar!

If you are visiting to ski, this "can't-beat" location provides shuttle service to and from Loon Mountain and South Peak bases, as well as ski storage for guests! Relax after a day on the slopes in the resort's heated indoor pool, or soothe your sore muscles in the hot tub! Enjoy a restful night's sleep in the condo's comfortable beds, with fresh linens, sheets, and all other essentials provided.

Ski enthusiasts will love how close this condo is to the new chairlift on South Peak! Within a 5 minute walk, skiers are able to catch the new chairlift to the newly developed trails on South Peak!

Guests can check in and access the condo through the hotel's front entrance. A keycard will be provided, which also gives you access to the hotel amenities. Located on the top floor, guests have access to the private patio overlooking the beautiful White Mountains.

PARKING:
There is ample parking available in the resort parking lot. Guests should provide vehicle information to the host, who will reserve parking spaces before arrival.

Guests receive the key card upon arrival from the front desk. If you plan to arrive later than 5 pm, please let us know and we will place the key card in the lockbox located in the lobby of the resort.

Located right on the Pemi River, there are plenty of walking, hiking, and cross country trails to explore. Explore the 2 mile private walking trail with access to the Pemi River and get a glimpse of the beautiful homes on South Peak! Within steps, you can be at the restaurants, bars, and shops on Main Street in Lincoln.

Guests have access to free parking in the large parking lot located at the resort. During the winter months, the resort provides guests with shuttle service, to and from the Loon Mountain and South Peak bases. This shuttle can be reserved at the Front Desk at the Resort.

The town of Lincoln also offers a shuttle service, The Shuttle Connection, which can be reserved by guests for rides downtown to restaurants, bars, shopping, and more. The rate for the Shuttle Connection is $6/person. Please note, this shuttle service is Cash Only. Information on how to reserve this shuttle is listed in the Welcome Book located at the home.

House rules:

1. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.

2. The home and amenities are accessed via key card. There is a $100 charge if the key card is not returned to Front Desk upon check-out.

3. No shoes inside the home.

4. No smoking inside the Airbnb!

5. No parties or events.

6. There are no pets allowed in the home. The Rivergreen Resort is a pet free resort and if found to be in violation, there will be an additional charge of $100.

7. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 4.

8. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Please enjoy your meals in the kitchen or dining spaces. Please load the dishwasher or wash the dishes before check out.

9. Dispose of all garbage in trash bins. The trash shoot is located on the first floor, at the end of the hallway towards the pool.

10. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
