We booked the main house as well as the guest house. Plenty of room for everybody. The pool table and hot tub are great for entertaining. Very comfortable and clean.

House and location were wonderful! Loved the incredible view and the privacy of all the bedrooms. Great main kitchen/family room space and also enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Would recommend to any groups!!!

I hosted a girls weekend at this lovely home & truly enjoyed the gorgeous views. The house was conveniently located within walking distance of hikes & local restaurants & coffee shop. Will definitely keep this home in mind for future vacations!

Great location

We rented both houses and it worked out great. Both houses were well stocked, clean and the view was to die for, better than the pictures. Easy drives to Mt Hood, Multnomah Falls, wineries and so much more.

Wonderful home to take in a beautiful view of the Columbia River and Gorge. House has everything needed for cooking and relaxation. Beds were all comfortable and plenty of room for eight adults.

Gorgeous view in a quiet location

We enjoyed the beautiful view from the living room and deck. The online photos were very accurate, and we had plenty of space for six adults-- and could see that it would be a good house for families as well. Host was very responsive to all our inquiries. Definitely would like to stay here again!

Beautiful view

Great house with lots of room for all the family to gather for a wedding in white salmon. Appreciated the cable for watching the Celtics game, hot tub was lovely and we were able to make a great dinner in a kitchen that was more than adequate.

Family Christmas Get Away

This house was great for our Christmas get together with our family. The location was Perfect! The house view of the river was so beautiful! Close to the Dalles and Hood River for other attractions. We took the kids on lots of hikes right from the house ( waterfall within a 10 minute walk). They were never "bored" with all the amenities! The owners were great to work with. Thank you for sharing your home!

Beautiful view, great for families with kids and pets

We arrived to a clean, well kept home that was exactly as described. We had a minor issue getting the hot tub to work but the owner responded within minutes of our text and told us how to get it working. The views from the home are amazing and it’s super close to a nice short waterfall hike that would be perfect for small children. Overall it was a great experience and we can’t wait to come back.

Gorgeous view of the Columbia!

What an amazing view from the house looking out onto the river! Whether standing inside the house, on the deck, or in the hot tub the view was more amazing in person. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space on our annual girls weekend. The driveway is not for the weak of heart...lol! It is steep but worth it. Beautiful home thank you for allowing people the opportunity to get away in it!

The view cannot be denied

We had a wonderful time at this Mosier house. The host was super flexible and let us reschedule a weekend due to horrible weather, and we were so glad to have the oppotunity to come back. Thank you, Jill! The house is generally well appointed: the beds and bedding are soft and comfortable, and the kitchen had most everything we needed to cook and enjoy a vacation weekend in the kitchen, the location was great and we enjoyed the yard and deck. That said, we were a bit surprised by the quality and state of several aspects of the house for the price - at more than $700/night after fees and taxes, we were expecting a luxurious experience. None of the following are "deal breakers" but several aspects of the house could use an update. Multiple pots and pans were very worn down, many of the blinds or curtains in the rooms don't function properly (or at all), the showerheads were all quite old and had low water pressure, and buttons on things like the heat for the hot tub and to start the dishwasher were worn all the way through the plastic and were hard to operate, the dart board had all broken darts, and there was no ping pong table that was mentioned in the listing. We were also disappointed that firewood was not provided, and there were no cushions for the outdoor seats in the back. Many aspects of this house could use an update to justify the high price. The view is absolutely gorgeous, though the freeway is loud, and we had a lovely time, but we did anticipated things to be at an all around higher level of quality to justify the high price tag.

This was a very comfortable and well appointed home for our family get-together. The open floor plan allowed easy conversation with plenty of private spaces for alone time. The view is magnificent and the town of Mosier is quaint and welcoming!

Stunning views

Plenty of room for our family, celebrating my daughter's graduation - was a great setup for us. Everyone enjoyed the pool table, hottub and the nearby hike to the waterfall. I walked to Mo Co for a drink via the hike, which was fun!

Leaders retreat

We had a ministry retreat and it was great. It was perfect for the amount of people we had, comfortable, and clean. The location was peaceful and the views were incredible! Everyone enjoyed this place! I would recommend anyone to stay with a big group, as well as would love to come back again.

Amazing Family Holiday Getaway

We gathered here from near and far for a big family holiday celebration. In order to accommodate our large group of all ages, we rented both the Hawk's View and Hawk's Nest, and it worked out beautifully. Highlights included: amazing view of the Columbia River easy travel from Portland well-equipped kitchens comfortable beds and furniture clean bathrooms enjoyed the hot tub, games, kids' toys and soundsystem easy access to fun, family-friendly hikes prompt and helpful communication with host baby monitor range reached between both houses Many memories were made and we appreciate the hospitality!

Family wedding

Our son was getting married in Hood River and this house was perfect for our family. My elderly father and wife and aunts loved it, along with visiting nieces and youngsters (the toys were appreciated). It was comfortable, beds were comfy and the house was well stocked. Hot tub was wonderful too. But most of all, that view!!! My out of town guests where very impressed. Thank you for making our event even better!

We fell in love with the Gorge in the 1990's. Windsurfing was the initial draw but the astounding beauty and access to world class recreation-mt and road biking, rafting, hiking, fishing, golfing, and more kept us coming back. The restaurants and shops are top notch and the wine tasting and access to local produce are stellar! We chose to build our home in Mosier because of it's unique Columbia River views and it's small town charm. It's so close to all that Hood River offers but you feel greater calm and serenity here. We built our home ourselves in 1999 and are happy you are considering it for your next vacation.
