A 15 minute drive from downtown Victoria, Butchart Gardens, the airport, this quiet retreat, with two dedicated work spaces & high speed internet, offers nearby parks, ocean & lake walks, grocery stores, dining, & great shopping. Enjoy outdoor activities at Elk Lake, Island View Beach, Lochside bike & hike trails, & Cordova Bay Golf Course. Our space has a beautiful fully equipped kitchen complete with granite counter tops, leather recliners, a 70" TV, sonos speakers, separate dining & living, plus two private bedrooms, a bathroom with a steam shower, and gorgeous outdoor living space with natural gas BBQ, natural gas firepit & overhead heater for chilly temperatures.

This is my time to experience more of the world, while maintaining & sharing my Cordova Bay home. Hosting allows me to share my home while I am away, yet my Master Bedroom awaits me if/when I am missing the tranquility of my space. When I am away, my home is your home! Cordova Bay neighborhood has something to offer to all. Recreation, beautiful outdoors including biking, hiking, swimming, birding, skate parks, nature, peace & safety, yet, close proximity to city amenities. My neighbors are wonderful, family to me. My back yard is a private sanctuary, fully landscaped & fully fenced.
What makes this property unique
I have tried to cultivate a colorful tropical feel in my back yard & deck space with year round greenery. Palm trees, bamboo, rhodos, azaelias, banana plants, dispersed with flowering perennials, hydrangeas, etc. The gazebo, complete with a natural gas firepit, delivers an outdoor kitchen & comfortable living space that can be enjoyed year round.
