Unwind & relax at this cozy Country Cottage in beautiful Ocala, FL. You will fall in love with its down home appeal and charm. Offering a large parking area that would accommodate horse trailers. Located approx. 20 minutes from the World Equestrian Center and 13 minutes from kayaking/camping/kicking at Silver Springs State Park.

Invite the family to kick back, relax, enjoy the cool breeze, blue skies, and fresh air.
Enjoy a game of pool, air hockey, ping pong, and several other games that are provided in the recreation/game room.
Free Wi-Fi, 65" smart TV with 5.1 theater surround sound, & 40" smart TV's in each of the 2 master suites.
Nestled in Ocala, this delightful cottage offers 4 bedrooms with a mix of cozy sleeping arrangements, including 2 twin beds, 2 queen beds each in a master suit with wireless smart tv's, a queen size bunk bed set, and a full bed. There is a futon bed in the recreation/game room that will sleep an additional 2 people. With 2 bathrooms equipped with a hair dryer, this spacious property ensures a comfortable stay for guests. Enjoy the enchanting surroundings and modern amenities like heating, AC, big screen tv's, surround sound, WiFi, washer and dryer, iron, dimmable lighting, etc.
We welcome guests of all ages, however, the home is NOT set up with child safety devices such as cabinet safety locks, child outlet protectors, etc. Cleaners may be in reach of small children. Please monitor all children during your stay to ensure their safety. Additionally, there is 1 small step to enter the residence. We have provided grab bars for our guests that require stability assistance with steps, The master bathroom has an easy access low shower curb to enter, and we also provide a shower seat if needed.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out:
1) Check out time is before 10 am.
2) Remove all trash and place in the dumpster under the carport.
3) Place all used linens (sheets, pillow cases) at the foot of each bed, & all used towels & wash cloths in the hall bathtub
4) Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
5) Turn off all lights, close all windows, and lock up as you leave.
6) Notify the host of your departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The neighborhood is quiet and has very little traffic. The Country Cottage is very central to pretty much all points of interests around Ocala, such as 20 minutes to the World Equestrian Center, 12 minutes to the Paddock Mall, 10 minutes to Silver Springs State Park, etc.
What makes this property unique
The property offers all the conveniences of being close to major stores, restaurants, points of interest, etc., but is in a quiet and tranquil neighborhood with a rear back deck to socialize and with of beautiful and peaceful wooden area.
