The property was nice; however, the communication with the host was less than expected and sometimes the responses received were inappropriate. We did not have cleaning supplies, the water pressure was low making bathing difficult. Also, there were insects in the kitchen and the bathroom. There were not sufficient hangers for our clothes although we had large closets.

Pros:- House is large, spacious & attractive - Great location - Great hot water heater capacity - Comfortable beds & linens - Lots of pillows Cons:- Communication with host VERY sporadic & unsatisfactory - There was house book stating expectations for guest policies or house rules, or instructions for using TV, WiFi, locks, etc - There were only 5 trash bags for 16 people for 5 days- all outside trash bins were full to overflowing upon arrival & remained so until shortly before we left.- no hand towels in bathrooms- porn was on the TV when it was first turned on - loose cobbles on sidewalk dangerous for uncoordinated or frail people- Ants along baseboards - filthy living room rug - Fridge not working so that food could not safely be stored - Freezer was working but no ice cube trays - no clean water jugs or filter to use - dishes in cabinets were dirty & crusty - tub is beautiful but not bolted securely so that it wobbled when someone sat on edge- unmaintained grounds with grass and bushes growing above ankles - large shards of broken glass on the grounds

The home is beautiful and in a great area. - Everyone said the beds were super comfortable. - Very spacious home.- Cooking items were plentiful. - Some of the dishes were dirty.- The showers heads were clogged which meant there wasn’t much water flow. This was consistent with most of the showers. (The heads need to be cleaned or replaced). In the master bedroom shower, the overhead shower was not flowing well.- The front door wouldn’t stay closed if the door wasn’t locked.- The first floor bedroom stayed cold even though the heat was on.- Several of the couches had stains.- Bugs were observed throughout the house.- The oven wouldn’t heat up well. It took a long time to heat our food.- The large microwave someone’s displayed an error message.
