We are grateful for the review, but unfortunately, we would not be able to host this guest again. They arrived at 11:45 a.m. and entered the property without authorization, even though check-in time is clearly stated as 3:00 p.m. and early check-in is only available for an additional fee. Fortunately, I was at the condo waiting for the cleaning crew to prepare it for the next guest when the guest arrived. Since the access code had already been shared for their upcoming stay, they used it to enter more than 3 hours before check-in time without permission. I can only imagine what would have happened if the previous guest had still been there for a late check-out — completely unacceptable. Additionally, the condo was not left in good condition. There was food spilled in several areas (including on the bed), the floors were dirty, dishes were left unwashed, and kitchen towels used to wipe spills were left in a corner. Personal items were also found among the bed sheets. While we always strive to provide a positive experience for all our guests, we also expect the same level of respect and consideration for our property and house rules.

Great place!

Quiet neighborhood, clean and cozy. New appliances. Could accommodate 4 adults but perfect size for two. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything looked exactly like the photos. I would highly recommend this cozy condo.

Perfect stay for a Weekend Getaway

We were in town for a graduation at UNC Charlotte. This apartment was perfect for my husband and me. It is small, but cozy-- and beautifully decorated. It was spotless as well. My guess is that this is a very new apartment complex since we only saw one other person. It is tucked away, back in a neighborhood. Lots of parking. The bed was comfy, the shower was great, and the coffee bar was a nice touch. It had everything we needed for our stay. So much nicer than a hotel room. We were in and out a lot, but if you had time to spare, there was also an inner patio area with really nice seating, firepits, and lighting. So cute!
