Clean and comfortable

The condo is in a great location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The kitchen and bath were nicely updated, and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The living room was comfortable but we enjoyed sitting on the front porch and the beautiful back deck. We would stay here again!

Cozy Apartment!

My husband and I stayed here for four nights. The apartment is perfect for two people and had everything we needed. The location is so convenient! It is right near main street. We were able to walk to coffee shops and shopping. In the mornings we went for a three mile walk through town and next to Otter Creek. Vergennes is a very quaint small "city". We will definitely stay here again!

Curtis the owner was an amazing communicator. He responded to all questions quickly. The apt was very clean with new kitchen, bathroom and comfortable bed. It was in a great location for places to eat and coffees in the mornings. Just step out door and walk to the corner of the Main Street. Vergennes has wonderful places to eat. The kitchen was well stocked although we didn’t cook in it. It is nestled in between two other homes on a fairly busy street. Fire station right across the street but that didn’t bother us. We would definitely recommend staying here. We were there for 5 days and nights.LD & JD

This nice apartment was actually better than the descriptions and reviews that we have read before. Nice to have Green Mountain Keurig coffee available. Very clean plenty of supplies, including condiments,downtown location, but not noisy. It totally deserves the high rating it has and we will probably come back. Vergennes. It’s a great little city, actually smallest in the country, 2500 people in an area 1 mile x 1 mile and still an incorporated city, one of only seven cities in Vermont. Dictated.

The apartment was perfect for the 2 of us and to have my daughter and so -in-law visit. Food and shops weee in walking distance and other places to visit close by. All the things we needed were available to live and cook. We would definitely stay again!

Property is true to Ad, very cute, well-appointed, and well-stocked. Walking distance to everywhere in Vergennes. The owner, Curtis, is very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and hoping to return maybe later this year.
