Your are in prime hunting, fishing, and outdoor recreation country right out the door. Situated beside the La Pine State Park you can travel in only 15 to 20 minutes to many of the High Cascade Lakes (ie. Twin Wickiup, Crane Praire, Cultus, Lava, Paulina and East Lake) to mention a few. Your are only 20 minutes to Bachelor Ski Resort and even closer to prime CC Skiing and Snowmobile areas with snow parks within minutes. If Horseback Riding, Mt Biking or Hiking are your fancy we not only have room for your trailer, boat or RV, but you are close to many trail heads that lead into the wilderness. Maybe you just want to sit on the large deck and listen to the breeze in the tall pines which abound on the property. Its all here waiting for you. Make this property your getaway from home !!

Nice Home

Despite a glitch at check-in that was resolved fairly quickly everything went fine for the weekend. My only suggestion is adding a grab bar for safely getting in and out of the tub/shower combo, especially if guests are a little older as we were.

Comfortable house to rent

The rental was better than I was expecting since the photos made the main rooms look dark but the place was bright and comfortable. Under the location detail email an incorrect address was listed as 1904 Twin Dr which threw us off a bit until we figured out the correct address. Overall a great rental house.

More complicated than it needed to be

I was not provided with the check in code at the agreed upon time. I had to call the owner 10 times to get code 3 hours after indicated check in time I got a response. I checked in elderly family members into cabin. I did not stay on property the entire time. There was confusion with my family regarding check out but as soon as they were notified they were out in 30 minutes and left property very clean. Overall I will stick to Other home rental sites from now on as my experience has been much better there.

Nestled in the woods next to Deschuttes National Beside National Forest and in close proximity to many outdoor recreation areas. It is only minutes to the High Cascade Mountains & Lakes, The High Dessert, The Deschuttes River, and many trails for Horseback Riding, Hiking, Biking, CC Skiing and Snowmobiling. Mt Bachelor Ski Resort is only 20 minutes away.
