Great Place to Stay!

This apartment was perfect for our family. We appreciated the cleanliness & small details to make us feel at home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the washer & dyer was helpful, and there was plenty of towels for my teenagers to burn through. The location was great with many restaurants within walking distance. We really liked Thai House, the food was delicious. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We will be back!

Absolutely Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend!

We had an amazing experience at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The private entrance and secure building made us feel safe and comfortable, and the convenience of free parking was such a bonus.The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown Yakima. We loved being able to walk everywhere, and Crafted, (with a James Beard-nominated chef) just across the street. (Pro tip: make your reservation early—it’s worth it!)The space itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly well-maintained. It had everything we needed and more. Ben, the host, was outstanding—so helpful, responsive, and communicative throughout our stay. You can really tell he cares about his guests' experience.If you're coming to Yakima, do yourself a favor and stay here. We can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I retired and wanted to downsize to a loft, which led to us purchasing this 1905 Historic Building and building and making our dream come true of having our own loft along with a guest house/executive apartment on the 2nd floor of our building. With our mission to bring more people to downtown Yakima, turning our unit into a Vrbo made sense, having the opportunity to share our downtown community and walkability from our building to Restaurant, Pubs, and the arts such as the Capitol Theatre. Just minutes away from wineries and 45 minutes from White Pass Ski Resort. See why my wife and I chose to Live, Work, and Play in Downtown Yakima.

Why they chose this property

Our building is right in the middle of the downtown core, walking distance to the State and Federal Courthouses,County and City of Yakima buildings, Capitol Theatre, and Restaurants. We are bracketed by two restaurants and a sandwich shop, and our building houses a Tap Room which sells IPA's, Wine, and Cider.

What makes this property unique

Our 2 bedroom apartment was built for family and friends, with a beautiful kitchen, modern appliances, and comfortable furniture and workstation in the living room. This 1000 Sq ft unit is spacious and comfortable, and also has a outdoor balcony with seating. Our full size washer and dryer are included along with dog bed, blankets, and crate.
