Located just 1 mile west of Holton, enjoy what this 4-bedroom farmhouse has to offer. With 1 queen bed and 3 bedrooms with 2 full beds, guests can relax comfortably. The property features central heat and AC, a washing machine/dryer, and WiFi. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers and hair dryers. A great place to call homebase while you're away or bring your boat to enjoy the lake we hope you enjoy your stay. Beautiful view from the porch of Danner Creek Reservoir.

The rooms were very clean and nice. Such a cozy place with lots of character. The host was great to get back with any questions we had. This place was very comfortable and inviting. We will definitely be back when we visit our grandson.

This house was perfect for our group of girls to stay the night before my wedding! It provided lots of space for us to spread out! It’s very conveniently located near the lake while still being close to town. Would recommend!

This was a lovely country setting in a house that felt like home. It was a heatwave while we were there, but the AC worked well, the house was as well-equipped, and we found it very comfortable. Valerie, the host, was quick to take care of one little problem. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this home was outstanding. The layout for our 3 families with kids really met our needs. What stands out is how this homestead has been updated but kept so much of the vintage decor. The view is beautiful. Being pet friendly was crucial to our decision to stay and the host communicated readily. It is top-rated among the homes at which we have stayed and will keep it at the top of the list for our next visit to Holton for a large family gathering.

Great place to stay! It has plenty of space to spread out and the house has a lot of character while still having updated amenities. The only suggestion would be to have a baby gate available to block the stairs from little ones, but other than that, it was perfect!
