You are renting the entire property with 2 beautiful newly built duplexes and a cozy tiny house nested among a large fruit garden. In total, you are renting 4 apartments+ 1 tiny house. If you scroll down to the last picture on the listing, you will find a simple drawing of the layout of entire property with the locations of the 2 duplexes and the tiny house.

This property is fully fenced in with 2 large gates. 1 duplex (2 apartments) located on the left of the property. The second duplex (2 apartments ) located on the right side of the property. The tiny house is a few steps in the rear of the property between the 2 duplexes. The center of the property is a large fruit garden of 25 meters wide (or 80 feet). All together,you are renting 5 separate units nested among fruit trees and flower gardens. Your large group will have access to 2 king beds, 3 queen beds, and 4 twin beds, 5 bathrooms, 5 equipped kitchens, 5 living rooms, 5 dinning spaces, and 4 front and back patios perfect for a large group of friends or family. With amenities of air conditioning, 2 washer + 2 dryer, and WiFi, you can enjoy a phenomenal stay in this serene setting. The 4 apartments each has 2 wall air conditioning units. The tiny house has 1 ceiling fan and 2 small mobile fans. You are together on the property; yet, you will have your private spaces whenever you need your private time to yourselves. This property has everything you need to enjoy a short stay or a long-term stay to explore the beauty of Costa Rica.

There are 2 convenient stores and a fruit & vegetable mini market within steps from the house. BM Super Market is 5 minutes drive away in Dominical Beach. Marino Pallena N. Park is 30 minutes in Uvita. Nauyaca Waterfall is 20 minutes away. Manuel Antonio N. Park is 45 minutes away.
