Spacious and clean. Needs some cosmetic love but still nice. Lots of storage space and good amenities. Was very reasonably priced. Good location for us. Beds were firm.

Fixed up there act

I commented a week ago on the poor condition although gave the hotel another chance. To be fair the condition was much better this time. I will stay again as this has a great location and modern.

I will give them a second chance

I have stayed at this particular property several times, although this time the air conditioning didn’t work and the tv didn’t work. I tried ringing reception several times with no answer I had to go down stairs to reception and explain the tv was not working. They sent a tech up to look at it and it was the charger plug to the tv. The had no spares, yes no spares and couldn’t even take one from another room they also didn’t change our room when we found out the air con wasn’t working we couldn’t be bothered complaining any more as we only had one night. The hotel really needs better maitanance if it’s basic equipment and should focus more on customer service to ensure customers get what they pay for. This was not it’s cheapest room. As the location is good and I am staying in Warsaw again next week I will give them one more chance and review accordingly.
