Inviting retreat

The house was relaxing and inviting. The furniture was nice and comfortable and the decor suited the area.It was well supplied with dishes etc. and the laundry was convenient.The backyard was lovely with the pool and plenty of outdoor seating.We really enjoyed staying there.

So close but

The property was selected from a large choice of available ones during our short -1week-stay because it stated “TV-Cable/satelliie and the day before we were to be there we were advised this was false and it only had streaming!! We do not do streaming or smart TV. We were able to get the Super Bowl but the whole rest of the time was bad. I think the property owner and VRBO have an obligation to keep the information on the property correct.

When I posted cable tv, we did have cable tv. We had a long term tenant in the house that made some changes, and not updating VRBO was an oversite that I feel terrible about. As soon as I learned this was an issue I corrected it. I also went above and beyond to find a way for our guest to stream the Super Bowl. I even called him and walked him through the process. I am bummed that we got such a terrible review over this. Having so few reviews, it has really affected the amount of bookings we are getting.

Living in a rainy climate makes you appreciate all the sunshine Arizona has to offer. We love the outdoors and the beautiful desert scenery.

Why they chose this property

We enjoy playing in the pool, walking around the lakes and playing pickle ball. It's an easy day trip to hike in Sedona, shop and have lunch in Cave Creek or spend the day in Scottsdale shopping and dining.

What makes this property unique

We are a short walk to the lake trails and all the amenities the neighborhood has to offer. Our property backs to the wild life preserve so you see jack rabbits and an occasional road runner. There are single story homes on both sides so we have a lot of privacy while splashing around in the pool.
