Our charming 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home is nestled on the serene waterfront shores of Dickinson/Galveston Bay. It offers stunning bay views through the extra large windows & has plentiful outdoor spaces - perfect for entertaining family and friends. Relax with breathtaking sunrises and tranquil evenings.

The highlight feature is the 325' fishing pier, with a 30' x 14' T-Head dock. It has 2 boat lifts (your boat needs prior authorization due to size limits), 10' cleaning table w/ water & electric, and 14" stadium lighting for outrageous night time fishing!

Here's the breakdown floor by floor.

1st Floor:
• Extra large driveway - plenty of space for boat, trailer, & even RV parking. Can hold up to 6-8 vehicles.
• Covered patio space - perfect for entertaining (or parking), no matter what the weather may be.
• Full Bathroom - The stand up shower & toilet make it totally convenient for an afternoon spent fishing on the dock.
• Fishing Dock - 325' long, ends w/ a 30' x 14' T-Head, has 2 boat lifts, 10' cleaning table w/ water & electric, along w/ 14" stadium lighting! Ready to fish yet??

2nd Floor:
• Fully equipped kitchen - has everything you need for creating delicious memories.

• Living room - comfortable oversized couches, Smart TV, floor to ceiling windows that have an amazing bay view
• Master Bedroom - King bed, w/en-suite full bathroom, Smart TV

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please clean the BBQ grill (remove food & ashes) if you used it. If our cleaner has to clean it she charges a $50 fee.
Before departing - Please turn the AC up to 76 in the summer; turn the heat down to 68 in the winter
Please make sure the dock is clean & all trash is thrown into the large trash bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO smoking/vaping in or on the property! If smoking occurs there will be a $500 deep clean fee.
Kitchen - Please remember to remove all of your cold goods from the refrigerator and freezer. Please load and start the dishwasher.
Quiet Hours are from 10pm - 7am. Please be respectful of the neighbors/neighborhood during those hours.

Great for a fishing trip

This was a great house. We had 9 people and there was plenty of room. House was clean, kitchen well-equipped, and check in/out was smooth. Great spot/house for a fishing trip.

We had such a great stay. The house is beautiful and spacious. We rented the house to throw a birthday party and it was the perfect setting. One thing to note however, if you’re going swim in the water you have to be very careful, a few of my friends got some pretty nasty cuts trying to get out. Other than that we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it:)

Great House for Catching Up

Great house! Plenty of rooms, bathrooms, balconies and patios. The view is wonderful, we had quiet neighbors during our visit. The kitchen is stocked with normal amenities plus there were plenty of spices on hand which made cooking in much easier than a kitchen without them. :-) Good view of some islands in the distance, we saw some dolphins in the bay, plenty of birds and a storm roll through. we would definitely stay here again.Thanks for everything!

Our neighborhood is a fun, secluded & well kept fishing community with generations of residents and weekenders.
Whether you are here to fish, kayak, catch a live band, birdwatch, join a golf cart parade, the Outlaw Challenge, Mardi Gras, Dickens on the Strand, or a fishing tournament at one of the many waterfront spots... there's tons of fun to get into!

It's also perfect for the tranquil charm and serene beauty of a coastal setting. The calming sound of the waves, the fresh sea breeze, and the picturesque views of the bay provide the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life!

This getaway is only 40 miles from Houston and 20 miles from Galveston Island. Just right!

What makes this property unique

This property is unique for so many reasons.

🎣 The 1st, and most obvious, would be the fishing dock. It's an extra long dock, 325', that opens up to a 30' x 14' T-Head, along with 14" stadium lights for night fishing. It has a 10' cleaning table with water & electricity. There are also 2 boat lifts. The boat lifts do require prior authorization before use.

🛻 The extra large driveway is another unique feature, it's perfect for accommodating many vehicles for a function, and can even hold trailers, large trucks, & an RV if needed.

😍 The large windows on the 2nd floor make for the most beautiful views, no matter the time of day, or the weather.

🌅 The 3rd floor balcony boast a birds eye view of the bay, while also being eye to eye with the tops of the palm trees. The breeze up here is amazing and it's a great spot to catch the morning sunrise or evening sunset.
