The Cabin
Recently built in 2021, this lakefront cabin features a high-ceiling design, creating a spacious and inviting retreat. It sleeps up to six guests with a king-size bed, a pull-out sofa, and an upstairs loft with two single beds, accessed via a charming spiral staircase—perfect for kids or teenagers. The full-size kitchen and large covered deck allow you to enjoy breathtaking lake views, rain or shine. This cabin comes with it’s own charcoal grill and access to all of the properties amenities.

The Perfect Location
We are a small resort with just 16 cabins. Nestled in a serene cove on the water, our cabins offer the best of both worlds—just 1.6 miles from Silver Dollar City and a short drive to all of Branson’s top attractions, yet tucked away in peaceful tranquility. Here, you can unwind, soak in the natural beauty, and enjoy the calm of the lake without the crowds.

Calm Waters Resort offers a large variety of amenities including FREE Kayaks, Paddleboards, a Canoe and Row Boat! Whether you want to get out on the lake or sit back and relax on the dock, by pool or vampire, we have something for everyone. We make it easy for you so you can spend quality time creating memories with loved ones.

For even more adventure, we offer boat and waverunner rentals right on-site! Plus, our experienced captain provides guided fishing trips, scenic lake tours and watersports excursions —perfect for making the most of your time on the water.

We enjoyed our stay at Calm Waters for our anniversary! It was super convenient to be able to rent a boat slip for our fishing boat and the pier was a short walk from the cabin. The manager was very nice and responsive. Calm Waters is probably 5 minutes from silver dollar city and 15-20 minutes from the main strips of branson. There are a few restaurants less than 10 minutes from the cabin. We saw deer almost every morning in front of our cabin near the water. Very peaceful place. We would rent again!
