Our biggest issue was that the room had a strong musty smell. The HVAC unit and a closet had some visible mold/mildew in them. We contacted management, who offered an odor machine, which we agreed may work, but it never showed up. Thankfully, we did not have any reactions to the mustiness. The hot tub was nice, though the controls did not seem to work consistently, and we also had problems with some electrical receptacles being worn out so that our electrical items (phone chargers, etc.) did not stay plugged in well.

The good and not so good

Here are a few things that need improvement as well as more positive.The comforter on the bed had several large dark spots. There was a bottom fitted sheet on the bed, but no top sheet and just one cover on the pillow.The heater would only produce air; it was neither hot or cold.The floor had not been vacuumed when we arrived.The facility had a stale, musty odor.Because we don't like dark rooms, this facility was not for us. It has just the one sliding door and no other windows.The office staff was very friendly and helpful.The kitchen area and bathrooms were fine, no issues.
