We booked a two-room suite/condo, we thought, but after securing the reservation we learned it was a Courtyard, which was fabulous by the way and the staff was amazing once we got there. I called and emailed the third-party site once I realized I couldn't get a full refund to confirm we were getting what we paid for. The host reassured me it would be a king and a sofa sitting room. When checking in, we learned we had two queen beds in a standard room. This third party site tried to help rectify the situation it it was too late by that point. In the future I will be more careful about what a VRBO host promises.

there was visible mold in the gym and several parts of the room. When the listing said dog friendly, it did not specifically say this is a four story hotel, and that you would be riding the elevator just to let your dog out. The front desk was pleasant that the person in the bar was not in a great mood. This is just way overpriced for a tacky hotel room.
