Be our guest at the Beland Manor in the Blue Jay Suite in this 7,000 sq ft grand colonial w/ 6 private guest suites. The Blue Jay Suite (upstairs) is bright & snuggly with a king size bed! The home has the following shared features: stylish relaxing living room, tastefully designed gathering room & a light & fun game room w/ a pool table & lots of seating. All rooms have a smart tv & wifi access. Centrally located. The home is not a bed & breakfast but has that same cozy feel.
Our caretaker, Sam and his wife Samantha, will be around the property periodically.
Located in the heart of Fort Smith, minutes from University of Arkansas, lots of restaurants and shopping on the main street.
Off street parking that is free as our guest on site.
Individuals 19 years old or younger are not allowed to rent this room or be an occupant in the room. No pets. Smoking is allowed but must be done outside. It is a large home, so the hot water can take 3 to 5 minutes to get to the room.
