Good apartments but location was changed on us

Upon arrival to the airport we were informed that we had been moved to another set of apartments owned by the same company. The area was ok but not as good as where we had planned to stay, and there was no clear explanation or even acknowledgement that they had done something wrong. Be careful to check that you are actually confirmed to stay where you are booked!!

Very central and convenient location

The Somerset Orchard Hotel was very nice, with all the facilities that you may require. It was not made obvious during booking that these are apartment rooms and not standard hotel rooms. That being said the extra space was very welcome and the exceptional location made getting to and from all the sights very easy.

좋았습니다. It's good. Good service by. the hotel staffs, and perfect position near to down town and MRT station(Sommerset). All famous attraction is very near from this MRT station. 그런데, 생각보다 시설은 별로 였고, 낡았습니다. But, It's older and a bit not good than I thought. Old air-conditioner, some ants, old furniture and so on... It's upto your favorite but I felt good.

A wonderful experience

Better than I expected,very friendly and helpful staff. Real value for money and amenities were close at hand e.g. money changer, laundry service (even though apartment had washing machine), 24 hour food stalls just outside entrance ,shopping centers at doorstep, and many other eating venues.

サマセット駅の目の前なので、街歩きには便利。 部屋は広いが老朽感は否めない。豪華でラグジュアリーな滞在はできないが、広い部屋であの立地ならばコスパは良いと思う。 朝食ラウンジは狭いのでいつも激混み。 キッズルームがあり、広くておもちゃもたくさんあり、子連れには最適だと思う。

Good and nice, albeit a little old. Centrally loca

good facilities, easy access to MRT and shops with lots of eating places. The wifi network is good and fast. The Handy phone is a bonus. Down side of this is the battery that drained quickly when using out side the hotel. The free calls is a big plus. Everything is improved since our last stay some time last year. Good and prompt service and reasonable good breakfast. thank you, Somerset hotel.

Great location for Orchard shopping!

This hotel is a bit dated but if you can get past that it's great! The staff couldn't have been more helpful they were fantastic! The 2 bedroom apartment is a nice big size, great for families!
