Sunshine Lagoon has just been purchased by an owner who took their time remodeling and getting the home perfect for rentals. This property truly has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The home features a fully stocked kitchen, dining table for six, a spacious living room with smart TV, three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and free Wi-Fi.



Located right in the middle of Sanibel Island, this home is perfect for bikers and is situated near the main grocery store, popular restaurants and several retail and gift shops. You also have several different choices of public beaches to choose from!



Feel like bring your furry friend! Owner will allow 1 small dog, with pet fee. Please call first to inquire!



**Please be aware that all bedrooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor.
